Mr. Kyaw, began his career as “Assistant Head” at the Frontier Area Administration Department, Prime Minister Office in 1960. He transferred to Ministry of Home Affairs a few years later and served in various position until retired as Director position. He was recruited out of his retirement by current newly formed Myanmar government to serve as an advisor to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Union Government Office. He was also appointed to serve in the Public Service Performance Assessment Committee.
He graduated from University of Yangon with B.A degree and received D.M.A, M.P.A, R.L, D.B.L. and D.M.L. degrees over time. He was an authored of more than 20 books and many other publication in the subject area of Law, Project Management, Finance, Budget Planning, inter/intra office relation and communication procedures along with Micro and Macro Economic review.
He is a one of the founding members of Fame Myanmar Law Firm, and contribute his wealth of knowledge in Land Right Litigation.
